A new Eurobarometer survey finds that European teenagers spend an average of 4.5 hours online on weekdays and 6.1 hours on weekends. Those who began using social media before age 10 report markedly heavier use than teenagers who started later, and nearly one-third of European teenagers say social media leaves them feeling stressed, sad or socially isolated. Heavy sweating does not directly reflect fitness or health, as its primary role is temperature regulation. Sweat production varies based on genetics, sex, body size, and environment. While excessive sweating can indicate hyperhidrosis, experts advise seeking medical attention if heavy sweating starts suddenly, occurs at night, or accompanies symptoms like dizziness, chest pain, or rapid heartbeat (Thanh Niên)

Eating a larger breakfast supports better metabolic health, insulin sensitivity, blood sugar control, and maintaining lower weight according to research involving over 50,000 people. Due to natural circadian rhythms, the body processes food more efficiently in the morning. Experts suggest that making breakfast the biggest meal, avoiding frequent snacking, and extending overnight fasting offer more significant long-term benefits than skipping morning meals (Plant Based News)

Previously in Part 1 of this multipart series on Dr. Paula Langhoff’s near-death experiences, Paula recalled being six years old when a dark presence convinced her to eat at least half a bottle of aspirin, and everything went pitch black. She was drawn through a tunnel of stars into what she later described as Heaven — a vivid, living field where the flowers laughed and sang. Then, on a hill near a red brick building, she saw angels gathered around a huge table. And I’m tugging on an angel’s gown, and I’m looking up, because he’s super tall. From a kid’s perspective, he’s like 8 feet [2.44 meters] tall. And he looks down, and it’s like, “What is it?” And I said, “What are you doing?” And this angel picks me up and puts me on the table, like you do with a child over a table, so I can see what’s going on.
And the angel’s explaining to me — and he’s just in a white gown. I don’t see any wings at this point on these angels, but they’re standing around this table, and there are at least five or six of them, and it’s a big table. I said, “What are you doing?” And they said, “Look, this is what we’re doing. This is the plan for your life.” And it looked like a three-dimensional little board game, like The Game of Life, only it was real. It was a real, like, city, and country, and hills, and roads, and people, and cars, and it was really interesting. They said, “Well, this is the path of your life, and every decision you make, you can choose to go this way, and you’ll meet up with these people here, or if you go over here, you’ll meet up with these people here.” And no matter what way I went, like a board game, I got to the end, and I won, because I’m a believer, right? I never fell through that board. And the angels were saying, “Well, we’re rearranging some things.” It’s almost like one of the angels didn’t do his job right or something.
After being set back down in the courtyard, Paula wandered into the red brick building. Inside, she saw what looked like the backstage of a theater, with beings in white seated at a table — whom she understood to be elders. The elders all left except one, and he was writing something. And I’m like, “What are you doing?” And he doesn’t answer me. And so, I’m just kind of like looking around, looking around. I actually got to go through a door, and I entered the back of the throne room of GOD. He doesn’t have doors in His throne room, but that’s how it was presented to me. And so, in this throne room, it’s so overwhelming because there are no ceilings, no walls, no nothing. There’s a floor, and it is sapphire blue, but it’s also glass. So, you can see through it. And I could see down there, there were clouds. I could see the Earth below if I looked down through the floor. And I thought that was really amazing. But the things that got my attention — I struggle to describe other than to say that there was a Light-rainbow archway thing over the throne. I can only see the back of the throne, but the Father was seated on the throne. This is what He allowed me to see. And there were these creatures that I think the book of Revelation does a good job of saying that they have four faces, and there were creatures with multiple wings, six wings. I can’t describe them, but I remember seeing these multi-faced creatures, and they were just, like, odd — I mean, your jaw just drops when you look at them, because how do you describe the magnificence of things you’ve never seen before? So, I’m in this throne room, not understanding, but the Glory is just like — it’s just awesome. I can hear singing, and angels are flying around, and the holy, holy, holy angels, they’re out there doing that. It’s all in the scripture. Praise GOD.
In Part 3, Paula is escorted out of the throne room — and then finds herself in another room. And now, I’m standing in a big room — just walls of books, shelf after shelf, just solid books. And there’s an angel with me. He doesn’t have wings either, but I know that he’s an angel. I said, “What are all these for?” Join us tomorrow for Part 3 of this multipart series on Dr. Paula Langhoff’s near-death experiences. (GOD Encounters with Janie DuVall)
